Terms and Conditions

Membership

Private membership to the Day Spa, Droitwich is available at different levels to suit your personal preference. Ask for details at the Spa Reception desk.

Treatments

You are requested to check in at the Spa Reception desk 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete our Health Questionnaire. Thereafter we recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment time. Please note that should you arrive late for a treatment, this will result in reduced time being available and in some cases could result in your treatment being cancelled with full charge. A complementary beverage and daily papers are available in the snug (with a wood burning stove for the winter months) after your treatment, to complete the relaxation experience.

Day/Half Day Guests

Day Spa Packages are from 10 am – 4 pm.
Half Day Spa Packages are from 10 am – 1 pm or 2 pm – 5 pm.
You are requested to check in at the Spa Reception desk on arrival. You will be provided with a treatment/lunch schedule. You will also be provided with a locker key and given a tour of the Spa facilities. A robe, slippers and towels will be available in your locker (feel free to bring your own robe and slippers though, if it will make your visit more comfortable). Please bring suitable swimwear for use in the hot tub and sauna. Kindly wait in the snug, 5 minutes before your treatment time and your therapist will collect you for your treatment

Refreshments and Dining

A selection of refreshments can be purchased throughout the day from the beverages menu. Lunch is served in the dining area. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cheque with a valid guarantee card. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT

Reservations

Bookings can be made by telephone from 9am to 6 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. A credit/debit deposit of 25% is required for all treatments. Day/half day packages must be prepaid in full at the time of booking to confirm your Day Spa visit.

Cancellation Policy

To provide adequate availability of appointments for all our guests we have the following cancellation terms: Cancellation of treatments will incur a 50% cancellation fee, 48 hours prior to the appointment and a 100% cancellation fee 24 hours prior to the appointment. Prepayment on Day/Half Day Packages is non-refundable in the event of cancellation but may be rebooked if the request is made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Medical Advice

We have your health and well-being at heart, so if you suffer from any medical condition, we strongly advise you to consult your GP prior to booking your treatments. Our therapists will consult your Health Questionnaire before carrying out treatments and we therefore ask you to disclose anything that might be significant.

Age Policy

The Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. We are unable to offer treatments for persons under the age of 16 years.

Valuables

Kindly remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Day/Half Day Guests - we recommend that you use the lockers provided in the changing room to store your valuables and personal possessions. The Day Spa, Droitwich will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting the Spa.

Smoking and Mobile Phones

For the comfort of all the guests visiting the Spa kindly ensure that your mobile phone is switched off at all times during your visit. Smoking is not permitted.
